Terms & Conditions

These terms (the “Terms”) apply to the services provided by ManxAuto, a web development and automation studio operating under Autolec Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging us, visiting manxauto.com, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

We design, build, host and manage websites and automation systems for car dealerships and businesses, including custom platforms, live inventory systems and subscription-based hosting and maintenance. The scope, fees and deliverables of each project are set out in the specific proposal or agreement between us and the client.

Where a client subscribes to an ongoing service (for example hosting, maintenance or software), payment is taken in advance on a recurring basis via SumUp. If payment is not received when due, we will contact the client. If a subscription remains unpaid beyond our stated grace period, we may pause or disable the associated website or project until payment is made or the subscription is cancelled.

Clients must provide accurate information, grant the reasonable access needed to build and maintain their project, and hold the lawful right to any content, data or trademarks provided to us. Clients are responsible for their own accounts, passwords and the accuracy of the information on their sites.

Upon full payment, the client owns the specific website or platform built for them. ManxAuto retains ownership of any underlying tools, libraries, frameworks and reusable components we create, and we may reuse these for other clients.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Manx courts.
